DESCRIPTION:

3 years or more of acting experience required for this class. 

Our regular class system consists of levels one through four, and each level lasts 8 weeks. This class compresses everything we cover in all those classes into one super-charged class over 4 weeks. We will go over the underlying theories and concepts that fuel improvised work.

This class is taught by Artistic Director, Kevin Gillese. Together you'll explore narrative structures, character work, how to approach an improvised scene and even some games for fun. You will approach everything from the perspective of an actor who has experience/training and wants to apply it to improvised theatre.

This class runs for four weeks, for four hours each Sunday. Those who complete the class will receive an invite to our yearly Rookie auditions this fall.
