Murder on Vavianna Island is a semi-immersive, interactive show that will move you throughout the whole theatre as the narrative unfolds. You’ll have the chance to interact with characters and activities if you so wish, and you’ll be treated like you’re a part of the story rather than just watching it. Oh, and you get drinks delivered to your seat!

Burlesque is a lot of things, but in this show it's a style of dance that involves storytelling and striptease. You will not see full nudity (i.e. nipples and genitalia) in our Burlesque, but you will see a lot of skin.ription

You will only be immersed with your eyeballs when it comes to these sexy dances.

The only tips you’ll be giving our burlesque performers are your hootin’ and hollerin’, though we’ll take your digital donations any time!

For the full experience, please arrive at 7:00 p.m. We consider the start time 7:30 p.m. because the immersive elements will be in full swing at that point. Everyone will be seated for the wedding by 7:55 p.m. 

The show will be approximately two hours, including a long intermission during which you can explore Vavianna Island and dig even deeper into the immersive part of the experience.

Please note: Due to the nature of the experience, if you arrive later than 8:00 p.m., you will have to reschedule for another night to experience the immersive production. We will not be able to seat you.

No, interaction is optional. You’re welcome to just enjoy the show and go along for the ride. Interactions are very casual and you can always decline - no one will pressure you to do anything you don't want to do.

Sure is! All of Row A and the non-center sections of Row B can accommodate wheelchairs, and we have accessible paths throughout the immersive experience. If you need accommodations and these seats are not available, or have any other questions or requests, please email housemanager@dadsgarage.com and we’ll be happy to help.

While we cannot substitute these built-in drinks, you can always purchase something else from the lobby bar!

All tickets come with drinks, but there is an option for non-alcoholic mocktail drinks only. We got you! 

If you have an allergy to one of the cocktail or cocktail ingredients, please email housemanager@dadsgarage.com with your allergy details, date of ticket, and seat number - and inform the Box Office upon check in on the night of the performance(s) you are attending.

Additionally, should you decide you want something different, our bar will be open throughout the show with different drinks available for purchase (not included in ticket price).

Every single ticket comes with drinks, be they cocktails or mocktails (you can choose which you would like from the drop-down once you select a seat in the purchase menu.)

Cocktail table seating is front row - you’ll get served first, get a bit more attention from the cast, and it has just a little extra ambiance to feel fancy.

No, but it would be fun if you did! We highly recommend it - the more people who dress the part, the better the immersion. It’s a tropical wedding, so bust out something that you don’t get to wear very often!
